“At DRANCO, I’ve had the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally. What started as a role focused on research and consultancy has evolved into leading the laboratory and managing the company’s R&D activities. Over the years, my responsibilities have increased, and I’ve experienced firsthand how hard work and dedication are truly appreciated within the company. I’m fortunate to work alongside a highly capable and supportive team where collaboration is key, but where everyone also takes ownership of their tasks.

One of the highlights of my journey at DRANCO has been the expansion of our lab facilities. In the past year, we’ve significantly upgraded our biological laboratory and built a state-of-the-art analytical laboratory from the ground up. Leading this project, together with my team, has been a rewarding experience that challenged me to push my boundaries and continuously learn. Seeing how our efforts contribute to supporting clients, optimizing biogas processes, and advancing sustainable energy solutions makes the work we do even more meaningful.
