We are happy and proud to inform you about the acquisition of 100% of the shares of DRANCO nv by the Indaver group beginning of August 2023. Indaver is a group with about 2000 employees, forming part of Katoen Natie. Its purpose is to create value out of waste, either by recovering materials, or by producing energy.

The acquisition of DRANCO nv enlarges the field of activity of Indaver and fits in its growth strategy. The nature of DRANCO nv doesn’t change and we are glad to offer you the same services as in the past. This with its core business of the construction of anaerobic digestion plants for the treatment of the organic fraction from municipal solid waste, including peripherical processes and of consultancy and testing related to biogas production out of various types of waste; and to the production of raw materials for the bioindustry from organic waste.
