What started as a role focused on research and consultancy has evolved into leading the laboratory and managing the company’s R&D activities. Over the years, my responsibilities have increased, and I’ve experienced firsthand how hard work and dedication are truly appreciated within the company. One of the highlights of my journey at DRANCO has been the expansion of our lab facilities. In the past year, we’ve significantly upgraded our biological laboratory and built a state-of-the-art analytical laboratory from the ground up.
